The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED, prior front desk or customer-facing experience, and strong knowledge of local area, attractions, and events. A flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays is required.

Responsibilities

• PBX operations, mail and message service.
• Act as an advocate for the hotel and create personal guest experiences.
• Coordinate with Reservations, Sales, Housekeeping, Bell Staff and Valet.
