Hireology’s client, a beautiful beachfront resort, seeks a highly organized Front Desk Agent to warmly welcome guests and own each interaction from arrival to departure.

You will handle check-ins/check-outs, provide information, resolve conflicts, and coordinate with bell staff, delivering exceptional service with poise. Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous customer service experience required.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong time management and organizational abilities.
• Conflict resolution experience preferred.

• Greeting guests upon arrival and making them feel welcome.
