Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome all guests.
• Take and confirm guest reservations.
• Answer phone calls in a professional and courteous manner, promptly relaying messages as required.
• Monitor, organize and forward emails as needed.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to accommodate guest service requests.
• Communicate room offerings and on-site amenities to current and potential guests.
• Keep ice, snacks, drinks and merchandise stocked and ready for guest purchase.
• Provide knowledgeable suggestions of local restaurants and attractions.
• Accurately post room charges and taxes to guest folios.
• Verify account postings and balances.
• Enhance guest experience by evaluating guest feedback, following up with guests.
• Summarize operations and prepare reports for management as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned
