Responsibilities

• Welcomes and registers guests in a friendly, professional, efficient manner.
• Assigns rooms to satisfy special requests when possible.
• Obtains guest payment information and processes charges.
• Provides currency exchange and traveler checks as needed.
• Coordinates with hotel departments to satisfy requests and provide information.
• Handles check-out and cash handling per policies.
• Maintains front desk records, logs, and bulletin board information.
