Job summary

Think Hospitality is seeking a friendly hotel front desk associate responsible for greeting guests, registering arrivals, and assigning rooms with a courteous demeanor. You will handle guest inquiries about local services and entertainment, keep guest records, and process payments while adhering to credit policies.

The role requires a High School diploma or GED and familiarity with hotel software systems. You will contribute to a positive guest experience and handle issues professionally,

Qualifications

• Prior customer service experience required.
• Ability to utilize hotel software systems effectively.
• Friendly and courteous demeanor.
• High School diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Greet, register, and assign rooms to guests in a friendly and courteous manner.
• Answer inquiries pertaining to hotel services, arcade, waterpark, shopping, dining, and local entertainment.
• Keep records of room availability and guests' accounts.
• Compute bills, collect payments and make change for guests.
• Understand and enforce the hotel company credit policies. Account for all cash and make deposits in accordance with hotel and company policies.
• Take the initiative to greet guests in a friendly and warm manner.
• Professionally respond to guest issues and concerns, turning negative experiences into positive recoveries.
• Other duties as assigned.
