Wind Creek Atmore in Atmore, Alabama, seeks an attentive Hotel Front Desk Agent to welcome guests, manage check-in/check-out, and guide them to our casino and resort services.

You will enroll guests in the Players Club, disseminate information about promotions, and handle routine cash operations while maintaining a friendly, professional demeanor.

The role requires strong written and spoken communication, customer service experience, and flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Competenze

• High School diploma or GED required or enrolled to complete GED within 6 months from start date
• Must be 21 years or older
• Typing test required (min 20 wpm)
• Excellent writing and verbal communication skills
• Customer service experience preferred
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 40 lbs
• Must be able to stand for full shift; flexible hours including nights, weekends, holidays
• Must be able to pass interviews and auditions; Tribal Gaming License requirement

Mansioni

• Greet guests and project a positive image
• Register guests for rooms; handle check-in and checkout
• Enroll guests in the players club and issue rewards cards
• Provide information about property, promotions, and services
• Handle cash, transactions, and basic office duties
• Maintain cash drawer and assist with concierge duties
• Respond to guest issues and coordinate with Maintenance
• Answer phones and route calls as needed
• Work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment; odd hours
