Qualifications

• Willingness to work varied shifts including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first point of contact across calls, SMS, chat and email.
• Promote Wind Creek properties and amenities during interactions.
• Provide accurate information and book reservations as needed.
• Upsell and cross-sell hotel, dining, and entertainment options.
• Maintain professional demeanor and respond promptly to guest inquiries.
