Wind Creek Atmore is seeking an Assistant General Manager to partner with the General Manager in delivering exceptional guest experiences through strong leadership across Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, and support services.

You will oversee performance, maintain high service standards, mentor leaders, and ensure profitability and guest satisfaction while aligning with Wind Creek Hospitality values.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
• Minimum five years’ experience in a director or above position in a casino resort operation.
• Experience across hotel operations, F&B, gaming, or finance.

Mansioni

• Under direction of the General Manager, assume responsibility for various departments and projects throughout the property.
• Interacts with and problem solve customer complaints or concerns and bring them to a positive resolution.
• Lead the department heads and their Team Members by communicating, interacting, coaching, guiding, motivating, recognizing and rewarding Team Members at all levels within scope.
• Partners with the General Manager and Director of Finance to review property P&Ls and make recommendations for changes.
• Provides leadership and direction for all property management team members.
