Competenze

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Six months of experience at a Wind Creek Hospitality contact center.
• One year of customer service/hospitality experience.
• Willingness to work odd hours, including nights and weekends.

• Acts as the voice of Wind Creek, answering calls and messages.
• Processes outbound calls to upsell services.
• Proactively solves guest inquiries and needs.
• Books various reservations across Wind Creek properties.
