Wind Creek Atmore is seeking an Attendant to deliver excellent food and beverage service. You will greet guests, take orders at the POS, and handle cash transactions while following recipes for hot and cold items.

The role requires 18+ years of age, a HS diploma or GED, and the ability to lift 30 pounds. You must be able to work varied shifts, pass a guest service audition, and maintain a clean, friendly environment in a smoke-rich gaming setting.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Experience in foods/concessions preferred.
• Must pass interview with guest service audition.
• Must be able to lift and carry 30 pounds.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Effective English communication (verbal and written).
• ServeSafe Sanitation training completed or willing to complete.
• Willing to work odd and irregular hours and travel if required.
• Must have Tribal Gaming License or ability to obtain one.
• Must be able to work in a smoke/secondary smoke environment.

Responsabilités

• Greet customers and take orders at the POS system.
• Enter orders and process payments via cash, comps, coupons, and credit cards.
• Prepare hot and cold food and beverages per recipes.
• Maintain cleanliness of outlet areas and display shelves.
• Provide friendly, courteous service at all times.
• Resolve customer concerns and questions.
• Perform side work and stocking at stations and condiment areas.
• Adhere to company standards and policies.
