Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years old and able to obtain Tribal Gaming License.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Willing to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Casino Marketing or VIP Services experience preferred.
• Professional appearance with strong communication skills.
• Willing to travel and participate in training.
• Must be comfortable in a smoke environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests on phone and in person and provide excellent service.
• Issue complimentaries per casino guidelines for play levels and as requested by Marketing.
• Coordinate VIP reservations with Marketing team and outside vendors.
• Utilize software applications to maximum effectiveness.
• Assist in VIP promotions and floor events and communicate with team.
