Job summary

Target is seeking an On‑Demand Team Member to support guest services in stores. You will pick up shifts via the myTime app, with a flexible schedule and timely responses to contact attempts. Attendance and reliability are essential, and prolonged inactivity may lead to termination.

You will attend a Welcome orientation and structured training. As a Guest Advocate, you will help guests with questions, promote loyalty programs, and assist with a seamless shopping experience in a dynamic retail

Qualifications

• Open to a flexible work schedule with varying hours, days or shifts (including nights, weekends and holidays).
• Willing to pick up shifts via the myTime scheduling app when available.
• Attend Target Welcome orientation and participate in a short‑term training program.

Responsibilities

• Create an easy, inspiring, and friendly guest experience by delivering on commitments.
• Assist guests with questions, provide product guidance, and support loyalty programs.
