Job summary

Target is seeking an On-Demand Team Member (Guest Advocate) to support guest experience at our store. You can work as much or as little as you like, creating your own schedule by picking up shifts posted by leaders or team members via the myTime app.

You will be expected to attend a Welcome orientation and complete a short-term training schedule to ensure you are prepared for your new role. You will engage with guests, promote loyalty programs, and help with checkout, returns, and service

Responsibilities

• Create an Easy, Inspiring, and Friendly guest experience by delivering on commitments
• Greet guests and provide helpful interactions
• Help guests find items and resolve issues for a smooth shopping experience
• Assist with returns and exchanges following store policies
• Deliver accurate service for Order Pick Up, Drive Up, and Registry guests
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and stock supplies during open hours
