Job summary

Target is hiring for an On‑Demand Team Member (Guest Advocate) to help guests in our store with a friendly, efficient shopping experience. You will greet guests, assist with locating products, handle returns, and explain loyalty programs.

This role emphasizes flexibility, reliability, and a welcoming attitude in a fast-paced retail environment. You may pick up shifts via the myTime scheduling app, with orientation and short-term training to prepare you for daily guest interactions and store
