Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Create an easy, inspiring guest experience by welcoming guests and assisting with needs.
• Greet guests and initiate helpful interactions at 10ft/4ft distances.
• Help guests locate products and resolve issues for a smooth shopping experience.
• End every guest transaction with a sincere thank you.
• Support team and assist peers while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Demonstrate service culture and follow Target policies and procedures.
