Job summary

Target is seeking an On-Demand Team Member to help guests with a welcoming and efficient shopping experience. This role offers a flexible schedule by picking up shifts posted by leaders via the myTime app, with required reliability and attendance.

Training is provided to prepare you for daily responsibilities and to support the guest experience. As a Guest Advocate, you will engage with guests, assist with questions, and promote loyalty programs while maintaining store standards and safety

Responsibilities

• Create an easy, inspiring guest experience by greeting guests and helping them find what they need.
• Assist guests with questions, returns, and use of Target Wallet and app features.
• Operate handheld scanners and contribute to a safe, clean store environment.
• Support order pickup, drive-up, and registry guests with a friendly, efficient approach.
• Explain benefits of Target Loyalty and assist with sign-up as needed.
