Job summary

Target is seeking an On-Demand Team Member to support guest experiences in our store. The role offers a flexible schedule with shifts that can vary by store needs, and successful applicants will use the myTime app to pick up shifts.

Training and orientation will prepare you for a fast-paced, customer-first environment. As a Guest Advocate, you will be part of a team that aims to make every guest feel welcome, assisted, and confident in using our services.

Qualifications

• Ability to interact with guests in a fast-paced environment
• Willing to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Active engagement by picking up and working shifts and responding to contact attempts

Responsibilities

• Create an easy, inspiring, and friendly guest experience by delivering on commitments
• Greet guests and help them find what they need or resolve issues for a smooth shopping experience
• End every guest transaction with a sincere thank you
• Scan and bag all guest items efficiently, accurately and in compliance with safety standards
• Support guest services such as order pick up, Drive Up, and returns while following policies
• Maintain a clean, clutter‑free work area and assist peers as needed
• Demonstrate a service culture that prioritizes the guest experience
