Job summary

Target is hiring an On‑Demand Team Member (Guest Advocate) to support guest experience in store. You will pick up shifts via the myTime app, crafting a personal schedule aligned with store needs and complete a welcome orientation to start.

The role emphasizes friendly, proactive guest service, assisting with item searches, checkouts, returns, and digital tools like Wallet and the Target App. Flexible hours, including nights and weekends, are required.

Responsibilities

• Create an easy, inspiring guest experience by greeting and assisting guests.

• Promote Target loyalty programs and assist with sign‑up and app usage.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and support peers as needed.
