Job summary

Target is hiring for an On-Demand Team Member who serves as a Guest Advocate in our store. You will participate in a flexible scheduling model, picking up shifts posted by leaders or peers through the myTime app, with emphasis on friendly guest interactions and efficient service.

Key duties include greeting guests, helping them find items, processing returns, and explaining benefits and loyalty programs. You will be expected to attend Welcome orientation and adapt to varying store needs.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service mindset and guest focus.
• Able to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Willing to lift up to 10 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Create an easy, inspiring guest experience by greeting and helping guests.
• Assist guests with products, returns and using Target services.
• Engage with guests to explain benefits and loyalty programs.
• Support teammates and maintain a clean, safe work area.
