Job summary

Target is seeking an On-Demand Team Member (Guest Advocate) to create a friendly guest experience and assist shoppers across store duties. There is no posted weekly schedule; you pick up shifts via the myTime app and must stay engaged with the process.

Welcome orientation and short-term training are required before using the myTime system. Shifts are flexible, with opportunities to work various hours including nights and weekends.

• Excellent guest interaction and communication skills.
• Ability to adapt to fast-paced, physical work.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Create a friendly guest experience by greeting and assisting guests.
• Assist guests in finding items and resolving issues.
• Support other team members and maintain a clean work area.
• Handle cash and assist with checkout where required.
• Explain Target Loyalty benefits and help with sign-up.
