Job summary

Target is hiring an On-Demand Guest Advocate to help guests and support store operations with a flexible schedule. You can create your own shifts via the myTime app, and reliability in attendance is essential to keep the program running smoothly.

You will greet guests, assist with purchases, explain loyalty programs, and support Drive Up, Order Pick Up, and Registry services. Training will be provided and the role prioritizes guest experience and store needs.

• Actively support team efforts and assist peers while maintaining a positive attitude
• Deliver service for Order Pick Up, Drive Up, and Registry guests
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
