Job summary

Spotless Brands LLC is seeking a Customer Service Advisor in Brandywine, MD to be the first point of contact for guests. The role emphasizes sales-oriented service, helping customers select services, and driving membership and package sales at car wash and lube center entry points.

You will greet customers, identify needs, educate on packages, handle payments, and maintain a clean, safe work area. A background check is required, and 16+ age is required; prior service experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred, not required.
• Prior customer service or sale experience preferred, not required.
• Must be able to pass a background check.
• Must be at least 16 years of age (or older where required by law).
• Valid driver’s license preferred (may be required depending on location).

Responsibilities

• Greet customers at entry with enthusiasm and a welcoming attitude.
• Educate customers on wash, detail, and membership packages; highlight benefits.
• Promote and sell memberships and incentives to drive add-on purchases.
• Assist with payments at kiosks and answer general inquiries.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area; report safety concerns.
• Collaborate with the site team to support smooth operations.
• Perform routine cleaning and site tasks to maintain a clean car wash environment.
