Spotless Brands LLC is seeking a Customer Service Advisor at our Randallstown, MD location. You will greet guests, educate them on wash, detail, and maintenance packages, and promote memberships at entry points such as kiosks.

This role emphasizes sales-minded service in a fast-paced environment, with responsibilities spanning customer interaction, payment processing, and site upkeep. Ideal candidates have strong communication and people skills, with prior customer service or sales experience

Qualifications

• Customer service or sales experience preferred but not required.
• Must pass background check.
• Must be at least 16 years old where law requires.
• Valid driver’s license preferred depending on location and responsibilities.

Responsabilités

• Greet customers enthusiastically at entry points (kiosk or tunnel).
• Identify customer needs and educate on wash and detail packages.
• Educate on lube and maintenance packages where applicable.
• Promote memberships including Fast Pass and Unlimited programs.
• Present promotions and incentives to increase purchases.
• Handle payments at kiosk and answer inquiries.
• Overcome objections with professionalism and empathy.
• Maintain clean, safe work area and report issues.
• Collaborate with team to ensure smooth site operations.
• Perform routine cleaning and site upkeep tasks.
• Support other duties as assigned to aid site performance.
