Qualifications

• 2–3 years experience in hospitality or events.
• Strong technical skills with MS Office, Google Docs and AV equipment.
• Ability to stand for long periods and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide real-time support for meetings on all office floors.
• Verify room requirements via email before meetings to meet client expectations.
• Continuously perform floor tours and maintain space appearance and condition.
• Assist guests and connect them with the right people/resources.
