Opensity Solutions is seeking an onsite Floor Host in Boston to create a welcoming environment for visitors and support meeting spaces. You will lead floor tours, verify room setups, and assist guests as meetings begin, ensuring a smooth experience across the office environment.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years in hospitality or service roles, strong communication skills, and comfort with MS Office and AV equipment. The role requires physical stamina and the ability to lift up to 40 lbs.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years' experience in service industry (hotel, restaurant, hospitality, or events).
• Strong communication and people skills.
• Comfort with technology and office tools (MS Office, Google Docs).
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift 40 lbs+.

Responsibilities

• Provide real-time support for meetings and greet visitors.
• Ensure rooms and spaces are set up to client requirements.
• Tour floors, monitor meeting rooms, and optimize space usage.
• Coordinate with facilities for space cleanliness and issue resolution.
