Job summary

Opensity Solutions is seeking a Hospitality Specialist to deliver concierge-level guest experiences in a fast-paced professional office environment in Boston. You will serve as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, attorneys, executives, and employees, ensuring the reception, conference, and hospitality areas meet the highest standards of service and presentation.

The role covers guest services, conference support, kitchen and inventory tasks, events, and general office services.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of work experience; client service‑oriented experience preferred.
• Strong customer service skills, including tact and professionalism.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to lift or move 40 lbs or greater.
• Ability to walk, bend, stand, or sit for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Deliver concierge-level guest experience for clients, visitors, attorneys, executives and employees.
• Greet and assist visitors; coordinate arrivals and issue visitor badges.
• Answer and direct incoming calls and inquiries with professionalism.
• Prepare, inspect, and reset conference rooms with AV equipment and materials.
• Provide food & beverage service for meetings and events.
• Maintain polished reception area; anticipate guest needs and coordinate services.
• Assist with meeting execution, room turnover and post-event breakdowns.
