This is a full-time role requiring English communication and reliability in a fast-paced resort. The position offers opportunities to interact with guests from around the world and uphold

Qualifikationen

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read, write, and speak effectively in English.
• Commitment to providing excellent customer service.
• Friendliness, problem solving, and organizational skills.
• Able to communicate effectively and handle difficult situations.
• Must be able to multi-task and be a team player.
• Must have valid driver's license and clean driving record (as applicable).

Aufgaben

• Greet guests upon arrival and assist with luggage.
• Escort guests to rooms, describe amenities, and offer assistance.
• Provide prompt, courteous service and respond to guest requests.
• Assist with valet services and shuttle operations when applicable.
• Answer phones, take messages, and transfer calls as needed.
• Be knowledgeable about the property and surrounding areas.
• Maintain a positive, service-oriented demeanor at all times.
• Follow all company policies, procedures, and standards.
