Job summary

Innisfree Hotels is seeking a Bell Person to warmly greet guests, assist with luggage, and guide guests to their rooms at our Hilton Pensacola Beach location. You will be the face of the property, ensuring a welcoming and seamless arrival experience, while maintaining top hospitality standards.

The role involves assisting at the concierge desk, escorting guests, answering inquiries, and coordinating special services. Strong English communication and a teamwork mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read, write and speak English to communicate with guests and team.
• Previous hospitality experience preferred.
• Commitment to friendly and efficient guest service.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests and relieve luggage on arrival.
• Be present at concierge/reception desk to assist guests and visitors.
• Escort guests to rooms and inspect for order and supplies.
• Provide quality service by responding to guest requests promptly and courteously.
• Provide valet services for arriving and departing guests.
• Answer phones, take messages, and transfer calls as needed.
• Maintain knowledge of property amenities and surrounding areas.
