Qualifications

• Experience in hotel/resort environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests with luggage and escort to rooms as needed.
• Oversee bell desk staff and ensure proper staffing levels.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and lobby presentation.
• Greet guests in the lobby with warmth and professionalism.
• Handle guest requests and relay information to other departments.
• Coordinate with Front Office Manager to optimize bell desk operations.
• Communicate effectively to prevent delays for arriving and departing guests.
• Report any unattended packages or safety concerns to management.
