You will handle reservations, arrivals, VIPs, and inquiries, apply suggestive selling, maintain accurate logs, and ensure safety and professional appearance of staff.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of customer service experience; hospitality preferred.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Front Office team to ensure smooth guest operations.
• Greet and assist guests, handle inquiries, and process reservations.
• Oversee arrivals/departures and VIP arrangements; review room allocations.
• Train staff and ensure punctual, professional presentation.
• Maintain Front Office logbooks and hotel information; enforce safety procedures.
• Address guest issues quickly to maintain high satisfaction and service quality.
