Montage in Bluffton seeks a Guest Communications Coordinator to manage all guest messaging via the Alice platform, acting as the central liaison among Front Office, Housekeeping, Engineering, and Concierge teams. You will ensure prompt, personalized responses that reflect the resort's luxury standards.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in hospitality with strong communication skills and experience with guest platforms like Alice.

Competenze

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent required.
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, Communications, or related field preferred.
1–2 years experience in hospitality, guest services, or front office roles.
Experience with luxury hotel or resort environments preferred.
Experience using Alice or similar guest communication platforms is highly desirable.

Manage guest communications through the Alice platform with prompt, professional responses.
Coordinate routing of guest requests to Front Office, Housekeeping, Engineering, Concierge, and other teams.
Maintain records of guest interactions and monitor response times and completion.
