Asbury's Park Place Motorcars Dallas is seeking a Service Advisor to be the face of the service department. You will greet guests, gather vehicle information, present and sell needed services, and schedule repairs while ensuring timely communication with technicians.

This role emphasizes guest satisfaction, adherence to manufacturer guidelines, accurate estimates, and CSI targets. The successful candidate will bring strong customer service and multi-tasking skills in a fast-paced dealership

Qualifications

• Previous automotive Service Advisor experience heavily preferred.
• Must be a minimum of eighteen years of age.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Must be able to pass pre-employment screening (background & drug test).

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and obtain vehicle information.
• Promote services and build rapport with customers.
• Advise on care and maintenance per manufacturer specs.
• Provide complete and accurate repair estimates.
• Communicate repair completion time to customer and technician.
• Answer service calls.
• Schedule and manage service appointments.
• Follow up to drive return visits and improve CSI.
• Follow warranty guidelines and procedures.
• Maintain CSI to company goals with honest service.
• Comply with laws and protect customer information.
• Work well in a fast-paced environment with limited supervision.
• Excellent customer service, phone and computer skills.
