Job summary

Asbury Automotive Group in Burlington, MA, seeks a Service Advisor to be the face of the dealership for service customers. You will present and sell needed services, build rapport, and ensure customer satisfaction while adhering to manufacturer schedules.

The role offers a compensation plan with base pay plus bonus potential, weekly pay, and a full benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Greet customers in a timely, friendly manner and obtain pertinent vehicle information.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Must be able to pass pre-employment screening (background & drug test).
• Previous automotive Service Advisor experience heavily preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment with limited supervision.

Responsibilities

• Present and sell needed products or services to customers while following manufacturer schedules.
• Build rapport with customers to promote satisfaction and retention.
• Generate and provide complete estimates for repairs.
• Manage service appointments and communicate repair timelines.
• Follow warranty guidelines and uphold CSI targets.
