Responsibilities

• Guest focus: respond promptly to guest feedback and greet guests by name.
• Product knowledge: stay aware of promotional info and advertisements.
• Work ethic: help maintain store appearance and perform daily/weekly tasks.
• Cash controls: handle cash accurately within daily tolerance.
• Merchandising: assist with floor moves and display upkeep.
• Replenishment: help restock merchandise and monitor stock levels.
• Policies: follow company policies including pricing and loss prevention.
• Sales: complete transactions efficiently while guiding guests to needed items.
• Safety: maintain safe conditions and report incidents.
• Cleanliness: keep store clean and welcoming.
• Extra duties: perform additional tasks as assigned.
