Qualifications

• Completed training program and food safety certification preferred.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Mission Statement: knowledge of and use of mission statement and core values.
• Guest Focus: maintain 90% Quest-for-the-Best score and respond promptly to guest feedback.
• Product Knowledge: stay aware of product information, promotions, and ads.
• Work Ethic: assist in maintaining company appearance standards with daily/weekly tasks.
• Cash Controls: handle cash within daily tolerance for over/shortages and related issues.
• Merchandising: assist in floor moves, display maintenance, and store housekeeping.
• Replenishment: help replenish merchandise and monitor floor stock.
• Policies and Procedures: adhere to all company policies and practices.
• Sales: complete transactions efficiently and encourage purchases.
• Safety: practice safe work habits and report incidents immediately.
• Cleanliness: keep store clean, welcoming, and compliant with standards.
• Extra Stuff: perform additional duties as assigned.
