PAJCO, Inc. is seeking a customer service-focused team member to enhance guest experiences and uphold company values. You will participate in daily tasks, assist customers, and help maintain store standards.

You will learn product information, support promotions, and ensure accurate transactions while fostering a welcoming environment for every guest. Training and food safety certification are part of the pathway.

Qualificações

• Knowledge of hospitality, ethical conduct, and organizational skills.
• Ability to think on your feet, learn quickly, and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Passion for making customers feel valued and smiling when they visit.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain mission statement and core values.
• Aim for 90%+ on Quest-for-the-Best mystery shops and respond to guest feedback professionally.
• Know product information and promotions; support merchandising and store cleanliness.
• Assist with cash handling, transactions, and loss-prevention.
• Help replenish stock, setup floor displays, and maintain store appearance.
• Follow all company policies and procedures; support sales and guest service.
• Maintain safety, report hazards, and practice proper lifting techniques.
• Handle extra duties as assigned.
