Ocean Crest Resort in Washington seeks a positive, friendly Front Desk Agent to provide exceptional service to our hotel guests. The Front Desk Agent will assist guests with check-in and check-out, issue room keys, and process payments while coordinating with housekeeping to ensure room availability.

You will answer guest inquiries, handle paperwork accurately, and maintain a positive attitude even in challenging situations to deliver an outstanding guest experience.

Qualifications

• Friendly and outgoing personality.
• Familiarity with hospitality industry standards.
• Proficient in English (spoken and written).
• Computer literacy for reservations, payments, and guest records.
• Able to resolve issues with a customer-focused approach.
• Able to lift up to 30 pounds.

Responsabilités
