Job summary

Asbury Automotive Group in Braintree, MA, is seeking a customer-focused Service Advisor to be the face of the dealership for service customers. You will present and upsell needed products and services while following the manufacturer’s maintenance schedule.

The role requires strong customer service, phone and computer skills, prior automotive Service Advisor experience preferred, a valid driver's license, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must have strong customer service and communication skills.
• Previous automotive Service Advisor experience preferred.
• Must be able to pass pre-employment screening.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a timely, friendly manner and obtain pertinent vehicle information.
• Present and promote needed products or services to customers.
• Generate and provide a complete and accurate estimate of repair.
• Schedule service appointments and manage follow-ups to improve CSI.
• Adhere to manufacturer maintenance schedules and warranty guidelines.
