Job summary

Asbury Automotive Group in Burlington, MA, is seeking a Service Advisor. You will greet customers, present and sell maintenance products and services, and ensure adherence to manufacturer schedules while delivering a professional guest experience.

• Ability to greet customers and build rapport.
• Experience in automotive service advisory preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a timely, friendly manner and collect vehicle information.
• Advise customers on care and maintenance per manufacturer specifications.
• Generate and provide customers with a complete repair estimate.
• Establish and communicate completion times with customers and technicians.
• Schedule service appointments and follow up to boost CSI.
