Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Biology, or a related scientific discipline.
• Professional proficiency in spoken and written English.
• Willingness and ability to travel up to 45%+ of the time.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, optimize, and maintain hardware, software, and network products at customer sites.
• Diagnose and resolve equipment, system, and product performance issues in a timely manner.
• Perform preventive maintenance, repairs, upgrades, and service activities to ensure reliable operation of customer systems.
• Deliver fully integrated solutions, including peripherals, communications systems, operating systems, and application software, per designs and specs.
• Advise customers on preventive maintenance practices, system configurations, and operational best practices.
• Mentor and train field engineers and end users on equipment operation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and best practices.
