Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in a science field or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years in a similar position or as an end-user of analytical equipment.
• Experience with Chromatography (GC) and troubleshooting in a customer-facing capacity.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel daily.

Responsibilities

• Install and optimize hardware/software/network products and configurations at customer sites.
• Diagnose and resolve product performance problems.
• Perform maintenance and repairs.
• Advise customers on preventive maintenance and configurations to impact product performance.
• Proactively respond to potential equipment issues to prevent unplanned interruption of customers' business.
• Deliver fully integrated solutions, which may include peripherals, communications, operating systems and applications software.
• Train other field engineers and customers in the solutions.
