Job summary

Agilent Technologies in Spain is seeking a Field Service Engineer to support pharmaceutical customers in Catalonia and Navarra. You will install, maintain, and service LC and GC instruments at customer sites, delivering on-site installations and training.

The role requires strong communication, a proactive mindset, Spanish and English proficiency, and a valid driver’s license. Expect travel around 75% with a company car provided.

Qualifications

• University degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biotechnology or similar.
• Experience with computer/software/server connected equipment.
• Proactive and self-driven with willingness to learn.
• Strong soft skills for a customer facing role.
• Fluency in Spanish and high level of English.
• Driver’s license

Responsibilities

• Install and optimize hardware/software configurations at customer sites.
• Diagnose and resolve product and application performance problems.
• Perform maintenance, compliance verification and training delivery.
• Advise customers on preventive maintenance and configurations impacting performance.
• Communicate proactively with customers before, during and after service.
• Collaborate with Agilent teams to provide solutions.
