Backblaze is hiring a GTM Developer to embed in the revenue org and ship internal tools that automate and accelerate GTM motion. You will build signal pipelines, integrate CRMs and sales tools, and deploy AI agents that assist reps, managers, and executives.

This role blends software engineering with business impact to improve pipeline performance. You'll join a senior team, work closely with an AI architect, and move projects from whiteboard to production in days, not quarters, driving

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience as software/product/platform engineer
• Fluent in Python or TypeScript/JavaScript and able to build full-stack apps
• Experience with LLM APIs and agentic workflows
• Shipped automation using n8n, Zapier, Make, Workato or custom orchestration
• Familiar with GTM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach, Gong, ZoomInfo, Apollo, Clay)

Responsibilities

• Embed with a GTM function and ship tools that remove bottlenecks
• Build intelligent signal layer with pipelines that ingest and enrich signals
• Treat tools as databases via integrations with CRM and other tools
• Ship AI agents into rep workflows and automate routine tasks
• Move projects from idea to live in weeks, owning full lifecycle
• Translate GTM problems into scalable system solutions
