Job summary

RiseMe is seeking a hands-on, business-facing builder to embed AI across our revenue engine. You will identify high-value AI opportunities, quantify impact, design and ship production-grade workflows, and measure adoption in real teams.

You will work across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations, combining GTM judgment, data fluency, and practical engineering depth to move ideas from concept to scalable, governed solutions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in revenue operations, sales operations, marketing operations, business systems, data analytics, automation, or applied AI.
• Strong data fluency with the ability to size opportunities and define metrics.
• Hands-on experience shipping AI-enabled workflows and internal tools used by real users.
• Working knowledge of GTM technology stacks including CRM, marketing automation, and engagement tools.
• Experience with LLM APIs, agent-building, prompt design, and guardrails for production use.
• Experience with automation and integration tools such as Zapier, Make, n8n, Workato, Tray.io, or native CRM flows.
• Comfort with light scripting (Python/JavaScript) and API-based integration.
• Strong stakeholder management and the ability to translate business needs into executable workflows.

Responsibilities

• Find opportunities by mapping how work gets done across GTM functions and identifying friction.
• Maintain a prioritized inventory of AI opportunities across the GTM funnel with impact/ease scores.
• Quantify baseline metrics and define success criteria before building.
• Design, prototype, test, pilot, launch, and iterate AI agents and automated workflows.
• Write prompts, define retrieval logic, and guardrails for reliable production behavior.
• Drive adoption with training, enablement, and feedback loops.
• Ensure data handling, governance, and security considerations are baked in from the start.
