Clay is seeking a Software Engineer in GTM Ops to partner with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success. You will build internal products that improve how work happens, shipping quickly from idea to production and creating leverage across the company.

You will design AI-powered workflows, integrate with Salesforce and other systems, and iterate with end users to drive impact. This role suits engineers who enjoy ambiguity and shipping fast.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of production software experience.
• Fluent in TypeScript or Python and comfortable across the full stack.
• Experience building internal tools, workflow automation, or developer platforms.
• Experience building AI-powered apps using LLMs and modern tooling.

Responsibilities

• Build internal products that accelerate Clay's go-to-market teams.
• Own projects end-to-end from discovery to production and beyond.
• Partner with GTM teams to identify high-leverage opportunities.
• Build AI-native workflows using Clay, LLMs, and modern automation frameworks.
• Design integrations across Clay, Salesforce, Snowflake, Slack, and others.
• Create tooling that enables rapid experimentation across the business.
• Help define what modern GTM Engineering looks like as AI transforms GTM.
