Job summary

Blackboard is seeking a hands-on GTM Engineer to build and support the systems powering our go-to-market motions. You will architect data pipelines, integrations, automations, and AI workflows that enable a lean marketing team to operate at scale.

You will tackle end-to-end build work from integration to enrichment, with a bias toward building reliable, documented systems and guardrails. Growth will come from expanding GTM engineering ownership.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in revenue/marketing/sales operations, GTM systems, growth engineering, or a comparable technical GTM role.
• Proven track record of building and shipping GTM automations or data pipelines yourself.
• Hands-on ownership of a CRM (Salesforce strongly preferred) as a builder with automation and integrations.
• Demonstrated use of AI as a core part of how you work: research, prototyping, and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Integrations between marketing stack and Salesforce; ensure clean, reliable data flows across marketing, sales, and customer success motions.
• Build and configure routing and automations to move inbound leads quickly to the right activities.
• Configure signal processing and intent scoring, deduplication, and routing into GTM plays.
• Deploy and support AI capabilities (AI SDR, AI chat, agentic workflows) within GTM motions.
• Stand up tooling for territory design and pipeline reporting; connect platforms and data sources.
