Job summary

Culture Amp in Chicago is seeking a Senior Talent Partner to shape and deliver hiring strategies across Go-To-Market and Corporate functions. You will partner with leaders to identify, engage, assess, negotiate, and close exceptional talent for US roles, with a hybrid work model requiring 2 days per week in the office.

You will act as a strategic advisor, bring market insight, and create meaningful candidate experiences while upholding our pay equity commitments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience across Go-To-Market or Corporate functions.
• Strong sourcing and talent identification skills using LinkedIn and ATS tools.
• Strategic partnering with leaders to inform hiring strategy and process design.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to create high-quality candidate experiences and manage multiple searches.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-lifecycle recruiting for non-technical US-based roles including intake, strategy, interviews, debriefs, offers, and close.
• Design data-informed hiring strategies with hiring leaders for a range of roles.
• Build and manage talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, referrals, and market mapping.
• Coach interviewers on best practices, assessment rigor, and candidate experience.
• Use market insights and funnel data to inform decisions and adjust searches as needed.
• Collaborate with a global Talent Partners team to share practices and capabilities.
• Lead or contribute to TA projects to improve processes and tools.
• Apply AI tools to sharpen sourcing and generate insights for better decisions.
