Vibe is hiring for a senior recruiter to own the full GTM recruiting cycle in our New York office. You will source, assess, and close top talent for Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and RevOps, partnering with hiring managers to define success criteria and compensation expectations.

You will manage the interview process, provide clear candidate feedback, and drive speed and quality in hiring, leveraging Ashby and strong sourcing strategies in a fast-growth B2B SaaS environment.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting, including GTM roles (Sales, Marketing, CS, RevOps) at a high-growth B2B SaaS or tech company.
• Track record of running multiple searches at once while keeping quality high.
• Strong sourcing skills with passive talent, not just inbound.
• Sharp instincts for GTM talent: you understand sales motions and quota structures, and what separates a good hire from a great one.
• Clear, direct communication that builds trust with hiring managers and candidates fast.
• Nice to have: Recruiting experience in adtech, martech, or streaming/CTV.
• Nice to have: Experience with Ashby.

Responsabilidades

• Own the full recruiting cycle end to end for GTM roles.
• Source passive talent through networks and outbound sequences.
• Run structured interviews and provide hiring managers with evidence-based assessments.
• Partner with the business to define scope, success criteria, and calibration benchmarks.
• Advise on market realities, compensation, and interview best practices.
• Push back when a job spec or process creates risk and act as a true partner.
• Maintain a healthy pipeline across open roles and track key metrics.
