Job summary

Vibe.co is seeking a senior recruiter to own full-cycle recruiting for our GTM functions: Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and RevOps. You’ll report to the Talent Acquisition Director and drive 30+ high-impact hires per quarter.

Based in New York, NY, this full-time, hybrid role offers a base salary range of $96,000 to $186,000 per year plus variable pay. We provide health coverage, a 401(k) match, unlimited PTO, parental leave, and an annual team offsite.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle GTM recruiting in a high-growth B2B SaaS or tech firm.
• Experience handling multiple searches simultaneously with high quality.
• Strong sourcing of passive talent beyond inbound.
• Understanding of sales motions and quota structures.
• Clear, direct communication with hiring managers and candidates.

Responsibilities

• Own the full recruiting cycle from intake to signed offer.
• Source passive talent via LinkedIn, outbound sequences, and networks.
• Conduct structured interviews and provide evidence-based assessments.
• Advise hiring managers on market realities, compensation, and interview practices.
• Keep a healthy pipeline and track time-to-fill and offers.
