Job summary

Holman is seeking a Senior Specialist, GTM Systems & Revenue Operations to administer and optimize the company''s GTM technology ecosystem. You will oversee Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo, and related tools, while partnering with Revenue Operations, Sales, Marketing, IT, and external vendors to improve data quality, insights, and revenue growth.

Responsibilities include system configuration, integrations, reporting, data governance, and automation.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Analytics, Marketing, Finance, Computer Science, or related field.
3-5 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, CRM Administration, Business Systems, Technology Operations, or similar disciplines.
Experience supporting Salesforce and sales, marketing, and customer success processes.
Strong background in business analysis, reporting, workflow design, system implementations, and stakeholder management.
Preferred Salesforce Administrator certification.

Responsibilities

Serve as SME and business owner for GTM platforms including Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo, and related tools.
Support platform configuration, upgrades, release management, adoption, and licensing.
Implement and optimize customer success technologies and health tracking.
Develop dashboards, scorecards, and reports to measure pipeline, engagement, and retention.
Ensure data governance, quality, and CRM discipline across systems.
Evaluate AI-enabled technologies and automate workflows to drive revenue growth.
Collaborate with IT, marketing, sales, and leadership to translate requirements into solutions.
